Terms and Conditions of Sale

TERMS: Net 15 days on approved credit. All major credit cards accepted, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Diners Club and American Express. C.O.D. Shipments allowed on UPS and US Mail shipments.

SHIPPING: All Shipments are F.O.B. Ogden, Utah or Woodstock, Georgia. Any products damaged in shipment must be reported to the carrier immediately or signed for as damaged on the bill of lading when delivered.

RETURNS: Electrical products are non-returnable, except for products that were defective upon receipt. Custom orders are non-returnable. All other returns are allowed with permission and must be in resalable condition. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

WARRANTY: All products are sold warrantied against defects in material and workmanship under normal use. Warranties are subject to inspection from the original manufacturer.
